Term of Loan

A loan in Pennsylvania can be from 10 to 31 days. You loan will be due on your next payday that is within 10 to 31 days.

Specifically for different paydays:
  • Weekly – Due back on the payday following the next payday that is at least 10 days away.

  • Bi-Weekly – Due back on the next payday. If the next payday is less than 10 days, the advance will be due the following payday.

  • Semi-Monthly (1st and 15th etc.) – Due back on the next payday. If the next payday is less than 10 days, the advance will be due the following payday.

  • Monthly – Due back on the next payday. If the next payday is less than 10 days, the advance will be due in 10 days.

Repayment

Renewals

Do nothing on the due date and we will automatically renew your advance. We will renew your advance until the next payday by debiting your account for the fees due. There will be another fee charged for a renewal, this fee amount is equal to the original fee. Alabama only allows one renewal per advance, requiring your advance to be paid in full after 1 renewal. After the advance is paid in full, another advance can be made in two (2) business days. (For example – If Paid on Monday, another advance can be made Wednesday)

Pay in Full

Request to pay your advance in full on the due date.
